I first came to yoga in search of some variety in my physical fitness routine. The precision and discipline of the practice immediately drew me in. After a class, I felt grounded, mentally energized, and overall balanced in a way I had not felt before. I knew I found where I was meant to be. A desire to deepen my study of yoga led me to teacher training and I earned my teaching certification under the Iyengar method in 2015. I enjoy sharing this powerful path to self-awareness and acceptance, peace and well-being.
